HR Specialist

BtoBet, a leading technological solution and platform provider in the iGaming industry with a passion to deliver cutting-edge products, is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our team and monitor all Human Resources functions.

As an HR Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our HR department in the development and execution of HR strategy, policies and objectives.

Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times.


Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of documentation required for employment and termination of employment, creation of decisions and other documents on the basis of employment
  • Keeps personal files of employees and keeps them up to date
  • Keeps records of the contracts for the employees, informs the authorities from other directorates about the expiration of contracts, concluding new contracts and annexes
  • Issuance of various documents at the request of employees
  • Timely processing of changes in the status of employees in the HR Program/ Software
  • Preparation of Administration of disciplinary procedures, annual leave, systematic examinations, other types of private insurance and termination of employment
  • Fills in forms prescribed by the State Statistical Office related to HR
  • Prepares reports on the number of employees, registered and laid off workers
  • Submits documents for employees and their family members to all public institutions when needed
  • Takes part in the administration of compensations and benefits
  • Conducts Labor market research as needed
  • Collects the documents that are obligatorily kept in accordance with the legal regulations
  • Preparation of “welcome packages” for new employees
  • Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees
  • Creates, updates and maintains a database of sessions for introducing new employees
  • Follows the process of introducing new employees, the mentoring process, review of the evaluation sheet and knowledge tests
  • Participates in maintaining and updating the job systematization
  • Participates in creating and updating HR policies, procedures and programs
  • Participates in the Performance Management process (Evaluation process)
  • Analyses staff training needs and, in collaboration with managers, identifies methods that will meet current and address future needs, including aligning current with required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Assisting in training programs, procedures and guidelines that will help align the workforce with the strategic goals of the company, works on creating training plans, identifying educational opportunities for employee development
  • Participating in the creation of questionnaires, using best practices to measure training effectiveness
  • Application of questionnaires to measure the effectiveness of training after each training held
  • Analysis of training effectiveness questionnaires and preparation of training effectiveness reports
  • Requests offers for training services by external consultants
  • Responsible for the organization and implementation of trainings by external training associates
  • Keeps records and documentation for the employees from the performed trainings, establishes and maintains databases for all employees in which it keeps records for all trainings that the employee attended
  • Participates in corporate events planning and organization
  • Assists the HR coordinator and Management in change management initiatives
  • Other responsibilities assigned by the HR Coordinator and Management.

Requirements:

  • At least 3-years’ experience in HR
  • In – depth knowledge of Labor Law and HR Practices
  • Mandatory proficient English language

Degree in Human Resources or related field will be considered as an advantage
